Design has enabled me to craft stories and create solutions for employee experience, organizational culture, employee mental health and well-being, a country's tourism industry, for women affected by war, and even lead Creative/DesignOps. A dabble in behaviour design has also helped me solve a few personal challenges.
I led Johnson & Johnson Philippines' in-house digital creatives' overall creative operations in the people, process, practice aspect. As the Operations Manager for the Global Design Hub at Shell, I managed day-to-day operations. I also tracked, reported, and managed operational & commercial KPI in terms of data & implementation.
I've worked with various companies and oganizations for branding and brand refresh projects, such as DOT for It's More Fun in the Philippines, Spark! Philippines, Austrian Embassy, Sinagtala, Office of the VP (2019), Entrego, Ayala Corp. (AC Synergy), Rex Publishing, Rustan's Corp, and The City of Valenzuela.
I lead the in-house digital creatives of Johnson & Johnson Philippines as the Creative Director. Our team services JJPI's different consumer brands to support various digital marketing campaigns, eCommerce efforts, and other internal and on-ground creative needs.
I've worked with companies such as PepsiCo, Nestle, Ayala Land, Anlene, Pizza Hut, In Touch Philipipnes, FEMSA, and Arla for a vast scope of graphic design requirements ranging from POS materials, OOH, corporate collaterals, print ads, and the like.
